About the event
This engaging group class is thoughtfully designed for infants and toddlers to explore physical activity, movement, and sensory-rich play in a nurturing, safe, and developmentally supportive environment. Led by an experienced pediatric physical therapist, the class incorporates age-appropriate exercises and interactive activities that encourage the development of gross and fine motor skills, coordination, balance, and overall strength. Children will have the opportunity to build confidence through guided movement, while also enhancing social interaction, curiosity, and cognitive growth.
In addition to supporting physical development, the class emphasizes the importance of caregiver-child bonding. Through shared experiences such as guided play, music, and group activities, caregivers and children strengthen emotional connections that foster trust and secure attachment. The class setting encourages positive interactions not only between children and caregivers, but also among peers, promoting early socialization in a welcoming, inclusive space.
