Cancellation Policy

Policies & Waiver Thank you for joining a justPLAY class! Our goal is to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children and caregivers. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Class Registration & Attendance • Pre-registration is required at least 12 hours prior to class. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All payments are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be applied as a credit toward another class. • No-shows are non-refundable and may result in loss of future booking privileges. • Payment is accepted online, via Zelle, or cash. All payments are subject to the above policy. 2. Health & Safety • Stay home if sick: fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or contagious conditions. • Missed classes due to illness may be credited. • Leader may restrict participation if illness is suspected. 3. Clothing & Participation • Grip socks required for all children. • Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing. • Parents must supervise and actively participate as appropriate. 4. Supervision & Liability • Classes are recreational, not medical treatment. • Instructor is not responsible for individual child supervision. • Parents accept full responsibility for their child's safety. Photos/videos may be taken during class for promotional purposes. If you prefer your child to be blurred or excluded, please notify us prior to the start of the class session. Please note that other parents/guardians may also take photos or videos during class, and we cannot control their use. 6.
